Vital Lab provides you with shipping labels to make it easy for you to ship your cases. To order shipping supplies, submit a request online or call us at (716) 874-0252.
For local case pick-ups, please call (716) 874-0252 or use our online form. An additional fee will be added to all rush cases.
Find the tracking number listed on your UPS Billable Stamp (or the shipping label). Go to www.ups.com and select a region. Locate the tracking number bar and enter the tracking number from the billable stamp. Click on “Track” to verify the status of your case(s).
